I can't stress how important it is to eat enough calories throughout the day for YOUR body. If you don't eat enough calories than your body goes into starvation mode and actually stores the fat! So if you think by skipping a few meals it will help you to lose weight you are wrong! I am very guilty of not getting enough calories, i've just been doing some research and I should be eating more than I am which is why I think I have hit a bit of a plateau with the weight loss. I have been eating 3 meals and have felt full, but the calories were still too low. As of today I am upping the calories and keep my fingers crossed for some positive results! I found this handy
calculator that will determine how many calories you need per day to maintain your current weight and what changes you need to make to lose some. If I can just get over this 202lb slump I will be well on my way to kissing the 200's goodbye!
I also plan on starting an 8 day program that many I know have lost a lot of weight on, hopefully next weekend! I have been ordering the components separately, and the last one will arrive on Thursday and I will be ready to go! If you read the description you see that the only food they want you to eat is lean protein, this posed a bit of an issue for me being vegan, but I have found that I can use
