20 pounds lost!

So the 10 miles on the exercise bike paid off royally! I'm down another 2 pounds making 20 pounds of weight lost! All in the month of July! I can't wipe the smile off of my face right now. Where has this been my whole life? I'm down from 224 to 204! Five more pounds and I will finally be under 200! I can't even believe this right now :-) YAY! Please contact me for more information!
